About
My general research interest is in how computational modeling and neural networks can help explain how the human brain processes information. I am currently working with spiking neural networks to test whether critical branching algorithms, which are evidenced in human cortex, can allow a network to make use of temporal sequencing of images in classification tasks. This would be useful for an embodied, mobile agent when interacting and navigating through an environment.
